The Directors have undertaken and delivered development projects across a range of sectors; including Office, Residential, Industrial and mixed-use in excess of £600m GDV in London and surrounds.Selected examples of past projects:
Copthall House
Office building purchased with a short lease in place in 2019. Planning permission obtained to extend from circa 8,000 sq ft to circa 14,000 sq ft. Build included strip back to frame, complicated façade and structure retention and extension. Completed to fully fitted and dressed spec in Q4 2023.
197 Kensington High Street
Planning permission obtained in September 2019 to demolish the existing building totalling 3,900 sq ft and replace with a new building of 7,500 sq ft with retail ground / basement and 4 floors of offices above. Full knock down and new build carried out and completed to fully fitted spec in 2022. Nominated for a number of prestigious design awards.
58–59 Great Marlborough Street
Planning permission obtained to replace ground floor façade, reconfigure entrance and combine ground and basement retail units. Works completed in 2023 including comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of the entire building with overall increase in area of in excess of 15%.
89 Charterhouse Street
Planning permission and listed building consent obtained for conversion of former Barclays Bank in basement and ground to flexible Class E and 1st floor to offices in 2023. 2nd-5th floors delivered fully fitted. Conversion of lower floors underway which will result in an overall increase in area of in excess of 10%.

Hexagon Apartments
Short let office building purchased in 2015. Planning permission obtained to extend by two additional floors and convert to 64 apartments. Construction carried out included retention and extension of the existing structure, full façade replacement and fit-out of the luxury apartments completed in 2019. Apartments individually marketed and fully sold.
6 Pancras Square
Vacant site purchased in 2012. Detailed planning consent obtained for new office building in excess of 400,000 sq ft. Construction carried out during which the building was forward sold and subsequently delivered and let 100% to Google 2015.
